Victoria’s passion for plain language shines through every aspect of her work. For her, it’s all about the creativity it takes to make dense and difficult information easy to understand.

With a sharp eye for detail and a flair for making the complex simple, she’s the go-to consultant for clients wanting to improve their communication standards and make the changes stick.

With over a decade of editing experience, Victoria’s worked with Australian companies ranging from CBA and AIA to Worley and the Professional Standards Councils. She also has significant experience with federal, state and local government agencies. A career highlight was helping Services Australia to achieve plain language certification for their website through regular review and targeted tools.

Victoria has also created a plain language version of a national employment award, and helped one of the world’s biggest banks simplify dozens of complex legal contracts, forms and fact sheets.
