Her work spans APAC, ANZ and global audiences, where she blends strategic insight with practical execution to create campaigns that resonate and drive measurable engagement.
Since joining the Foundation, Nicolle has focused on strengthening brand presence across ENS International and Plain English Foundation, supporting new market growth, and championing the impact of plain language for organisations. She works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver data‑driven marketing initiatives that help people understand the real‑world value of clear communication.
Nicolle’s experience includes marketing roles across technology, healthcare, HR, SaaS and professional services. Prior to joining PEF, she worked in regional marketing roles supporting APAC audiences, including Field Marketing Manager and Demand Generation roles across the tech and business services landscape.
She is committed to building meaningful connections between brands and the people they serve and believes plain language is one of the most powerful tools for trust, accessibility and impact.
