Allen Palmer

Allen is a highly experienced member of our training team, having taught writing skills to adults for nearly 10 years. He is passionate about communication and seeks to inspire others to share his love of language.

Before joining the Foundation, Allen taught communication skills at large corporate clients like Telstra and Nestlé.

Allen is also an accomplished scriptwriter. For 5 years, he led the Graduate Certificate in Screenwriting program at AFTRS, the national film school. His feature film, Falling for Figaro, was nominated for an Australian Writers’ Guild award for best original screenplay in 2022.
