Adam supports our team in delivering great customer service. He is an experienced communicator who helps manage our:

  • front-line customer enquiries
  • day-to-day training client communications
  • general administration.
Before joining the Foundation, Adam worked in a contact centre. He also has experience in a range of administrative roles.

Professional qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts in Primary Teaching (Western Sydney University)
  • Diploma of Laboratory Testing in Pathology (TAFE NSW Granville)


Adam follows plain language developments and news through PLAIN. Outside the plain English community, Adam is a member of the NSW State Emergency Service.
