Terms and conditions

The Plain English Foundation Pty Ltd wholly owns and runs this website. Whenever you use this site to book workshops or submit an order, you accept these following terms and conditions. We may change these at any time.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise shown, the Plain English Foundation Pty Ltd owns the intellectual property including the copyright of all material on this site. You may view this only online and reproduce it only in hard copy for personal reference. Unless legally allowed, you cannot otherwise reproduce, display or distribute it in any way, such as electronically or include it as part of any other material, without our approval in writing beforehand.

Pricing

Our prices, products and offers are shown excluding GST (goods and sales tax). GST is a further 10% on our stated price/s. These are correct when published. This is in Australian dollars and may change at any time.

 

Workshop payment method

We use RegOnline to process your workshop booking/s. This offers you both Visa and MasterCard payment options.

 

Workshop booking confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email when you make the workshop booking/s and a payment receipt.

 

Cancellation and refunds

We will refund you the full cost of your workshop/s within 7 days of the workshop date/s if you cancel a booking when you give us proof of purchase, such as a credit card receipt or statement. If you cancel less than 7 days before a workshop, we do not refund your payment.

 

Feedback and complaints

We welcome your feedback and we will manage any complaint or problem promptly and efficiently. Please see our 'Contact us' page for our contact details.

 

Australian law

We comply with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, the Electronic Communications Act 1999, the Privacy Act 1988 and the Consumer Credit Code.
