The Plain English Foundation Pty Ltd wholly owns and runs this website. Whenever you use this site to book our Clear writing courses or submit an order, you accept these following terms and conditions. We may change these at any time.
Unless otherwise shown, the Plain English Foundation Pty Ltd owns the intellectual property including the copyright of all material on this site and our Clear writing courses. You may view this site only online and reproduce it only in hard copy for personal reference. Unless legally allowed, you cannot otherwise reproduce, display or distribute it in any way, such as electronically or include it as part of any other material, without our approval in writing beforehand.
Our prices, products and offers are shown excluding GST (goods and sales tax). GST is a further 10% on our stated price/s. These are correct when published. This is in Australian dollars and may change at any time.
Course payment method
We use RegOnline to process your course booking/s. This offers you both Visa and MasterCard payment options.
Course booking confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email when you make the course booking/s and a payment receipt.
Cancellation and refunds
We will refund you the full cost of your course/s within 7 days of the workshop date/s if you cancel a booking when you give us proof of purchase, such as a credit card receipt or statement. If you cancel less than 7 days before a course, we do not refund your payment. But we will always offer you a replacement course of equivalent value within 6 months of your course cancellation date.
