PLAIN
As part of our advocacy work, the Plain English Foundation is a member of Plain Language Association InterNational (PLAIN), a volunteer, non-profit organisation. Our Executive Director, Dr Neil James, is PLAIN's vice president.
We proudly hosted the 2009 PLAIN conference to help support PLAIN's work in:
- increasing public awareness and organisational use of plain language
- promoting research and development
- establishing standards and practices
- supporting its members through professional events.
